Manfred Bosch was born in Bad Dürrheim in 1947 and lives as a writer in Konstanz. In 1980 he co-founded the culture and literary magazine "Allmende". He is the editor of forgotten authors (such as Jacob Picard, Käthe Vordtriede, Tami Oelfken, Robert Reitzel) and the author of numerous representations on the contemporary and literary history of the German southwest. Among other things: »Bohème am Bodensee« (1997), »Alemannic Judaism. Traces of a Lost Culture "(2000)," KulturLand. Art and Culture in the Southwest 1900-2000 "(2000) and" Time of Beautiful Need. The early years of Südverlag 1945-1952 «(2009). Manfred Bosch was awarded the Bodensee Literature Prize (1978, 1997) and the Johann Peter Hebel Prize (1990), among others.

Oswald Burger, born in Meersburg in 1949, worked as a vocational school teacher and local politician in Überlingen. As a historian, among other things, he has researched contemporary history and in particular the history of the Goldbacher tunnel in Überlingen, for which he was honored with the Federal Cross of Merit. He was involved in the implementation of the "Jewish Culture Days Überlingen" and works as an organizer and mediator of literary events.
